Last updated: 20 June 2026. By accessing or using the website worldpayments.uk (the "Website") or any services made available through it (the "Services") by WORLDPAYMENTS UK LIMITED ("we", "us", "our"), you accept the terms of this Disclaimer. If you do not agree with any part of this notice, you should not use the Website or the Services.

The Website and the Services are designed to support businesses with the practical administration of cross-border indirect tax obligations, including Indian GST compliance for OIDAR suppliers. Nothing on the Website, and nothing provided as part of the Services, constitutes legal, tax or accounting advice.

You should obtain independent professional advice tailored to your specific circumstances before making decisions about your tax position, registrations, filings, remittances or related obligations.

2

Our Role as Intermediary / Compliance Agent

We act as a compliance intermediary and, where appointed, an authorised representative for registration, tax collection, remittance and liaison with relevant tax authorities.

Decisions on registration requirements, tax rates, assessments, penalties and audit outcomes are made by the relevant tax authority under its own laws and procedures. Those matters are outside our control, and we do not guarantee any particular outcome of a registration, filing, audit or assessment.

3

Accuracy of Information

We take reasonable care to ensure that the Website and our communications are accurate and current. However, tax law and tax authority practice change frequently, and we do not warrant that all information on the Website is complete, accurate or up to date at all times.

Where we become aware of an inaccuracy, we will correct it as soon as reasonably practicable.

4

No Warranty

The Website and the information on it are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

5

Availability and Security

We take reasonable steps to keep the Website available and secure, but we do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

You are responsible for ensuring that your own systems are adequately protected, including by using up-to-date anti-virus and other appropriate security measures.

6

Third-Party Links

The Website may contain links to third-party websites that we do not own or control. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy or practices of any third-party website, and including a link does not imply our endorsement of it.

You access third-party websites at your own risk and subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

7

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, business, contracts, anticipated savings or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Website.

Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability which cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under the law of England and Wales.

Our overall liability is also subject to the limitation of liability clause in our Terms & Conditions.

8

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WorldPayments UK Limited, its officers, directors, employees and agents from any claim, loss, liability or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these terms, this Disclaimer, or applicable law, except to the extent caused by our negligence or breach of our own obligations.

9

Severability

If any part of this Disclaimer is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, that finding will not affect the validity of the remaining parts, which will continue to apply.

Any invalid part will be treated as amended to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

10

Changes to This Disclaimer

We may revise this Disclaimer from time to time. The revised version will apply from the date it is published on the Website. You should check this page periodically for updates.
